Castaing Goose foie gras is crafted in the traditional old-fashioned method using only free-range geese, resulting in a homogeneous beige colour and distinctive rounded flavour. Seasoned exclusively by hand with carefully selected salt and pepper, then slowly cooked in its container to develop a golden appearance and rich aroma. Made in close collaboration with traditional local farms that comply with Label Rouge specifications, guaranteeing the geese are reared outdoors for minimum 102 days and fed 100% natural grain corn. Each block is hand-selected and prepared to deliver premium quality with complete traceability throughout the production chain.
