How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account for a faster checkout experience or order as a guest.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at [email protected]. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. However, free shipping is available on orders above a certain threshold, which varies by destination.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, with primary coverage across the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. For other destinations, please contact us for a shipping quote.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. Within the EU, orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days via DHL Express or FedEx. International shipments outside the EU may take 5-10 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We partner with DHL Express and FedEx to ensure fast, reliable delivery at competitive rates.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time through the carrier's website.

How are products packaged for shipping?

All items are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Temperature-sensitive products include appropriate insulation during warmer months.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If any items arrive damaged, please take photos immediately and email them to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund for the affected items.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, typically an additional 2-5 business days.

How can I check for allergens in a product?

Every product page includes detailed allergen information. You can also use our shop filters to browse by specific allergens or dietary requirements such as gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free.

Are your products certified organic?

Many of our products carry official organic certifications. Look for the organic badge on individual product pages, or use the Dietary filter in our shop to browse certified organic products.

How should I store the products?

Storage instructions vary by product and are listed on each product page. As a general rule, most canned and jarred products should be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within the recommended timeframe.

Our products come from artisan producers and premium brands worldwide, with a strong focus on Portuguese and Mediterranean specialities. Each product page displays the country of origin and brand details.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your details for faster checkout, and access your order history.

How can I update my account details?

Log into your account and navigate to Account Details to update your name, email, or password. Shipping and billing addresses can be updated in the Addresses section.
