General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Market Flavour website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed at the time of checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed and dispatched once per week. After dispatch, delivery is handled by DHL Express or FedEx. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• Europe: 2-5 business days after dispatch
• North America: 3-7 business days after dispatch
• Rest of World: 5-10 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or other factors outside our control. Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving their order. Due to the nature of food products, only sealed and unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return, for hygiene and food-safety reasons. Opened items cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) and for the associated return shipping costs.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, this must be reported within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery, including photographic evidence. In such cases, the customer may choose between a refund or a replacement.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 (fourteen) days of our receipt of the returned item(s). To initiate a return, customers must contact us by email before returning any product.

These terms do not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the products are sealed and unopened. Perishable goods and items that have been opened are excluded from this right.

Liability

Market Flavour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Always check product labels for allergen information before consumption.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
