Il Convento Limoncello is produced in the heart of the Sorrentino peninsula using the famous Sorrento lemons, prized for their intense flavour and unique characteristics. The lemon peels are finely zested and infused with pure spirit for 8–10 days, then carefully blended with dissolved cane sugar at controlled temperatures to preserve the delicate flavours. This traditional craft produces a golden liquor with an intense yet delicate taste, featuring 350g of fresh lemon per litre. With no preservatives or artificial flavours, it’s perfect as a digestive served ice-cold or as an elegant finishing touch to puddings, fruit salads, and ice cream.
