Pasco Tandoori Paste is a slightly hot, authentic Indian sauce made with tamarind, garlic, ginger, coriander and traditional Indian spices. This versatile curry paste is ideal for marinating chicken, lamb or vegetables before cooking in the oven, on the grill or BBQ. Simply mix 2-4 tablespoons with yoghurt and butter, marinate for 2 hours, then cook. Serve with naan bread, chutney and rice for an authentic tandoori experience.
