This jam is prepared in small batches using traditional copper-bottomed pans, with fruit inspected and prepared by hand. Free from artificial colours and flavours, it delivers a wonderful well-balanced strawberry flavour. The Wilkin family has been farming quality fruits at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and continues to produce conserves and condiments in their nut-free factory using only the finest traditional English fruits.
