Description
These premium summer truffles are harvested earlier than burgundy truffles and are most often found in the southern distribution areas, particularly in Mediterranean regions. Preserved in olive oil, they keep in the refrigerator for several days after opening. Slice thinly and garnish dishes hot or cold, or use the infused truffle oil as a dressing for an intense flavor.
