Description

This Prosecco Superiore from Valdobbiadene opens with an elegant, creamy mousse and displays a pale straw-yellow colour interspersed with fine pearly bubbles. The aroma combines fresh fruit notes with mature nuances from skilled vinification, while the palate is sumptuous and initially chewy, evolving to a tactile effervescence with a satisfying menthol finish. Made from 100% Glera grapes grown in the hilly, morainic soils of Treviso, this wine is vinified in temperature-controlled steel vats and carbonated in low-temperature pressure tanks for its characteristic fine bubbles.
