This iconic Earl Grey is crafted from a balanced Chinese black tea from Hunan province, complemented by 2% natural bergamot oil that creates a distinctive, aromatic flavour. Using orthodox loose leaves rather than tea bags allows for a more refined brewing experience, ideal when prepared in a teapot. Traditionally enjoyed with milk, lemon, or on its own, it pairs beautifully with cakes, scones, fruit tarts, and dark chocolate. Brew at 100°C for 4-5 minutes for the perfect cup.
