These exceptional Cordovil olives come from the historic olive groves surrounding the chapel of Nossa Senhora das Neves in Alentejo, Portugal, cultivated since 1973. Hand-selected at optimal maturity and naturally cured using only time, water, salt, oregano, and bay leaf—nothing artificial. The monovarietal Cordovil olive offers a characteristic bitter-spicy flavour with subtle sweet notes, reflecting the terroir of Baixo Alentejo. Store in a cool, dry place away from light to preserve quality.
