Castaing duck foie gras is crafted in the traditional way from free-range ducks, featuring a homogeneous beige colour and rich, distinctive flavour. Hand-seasoned exclusively with carefully selected salt and pepper, it is slowly cooked in its container to develop a golden grease and corn colour. The ducks are reared outdoors in large open spaces for a minimum of 102 days and fed 100% natural grain corn, ensuring superior quality and full traceability. This premium foie gras is best served with grilled bread and a white wine or champagne.
