This exceptional VS (Very Special) Cognac is aged for 4-6 years in French oak casks and distilled exclusively from grapes grown in the Petite Champagne region, one of Cognac’s finest crus. With a sophisticated palate of sweet grape, fresh stone fruit, apples, vanilla and bright, nutty oak notes, this spirit stands above most VS Cognacs. Perfect as a cocktail base, aperitif or digestif, it also pairs beautifully with seafood dishes like scallops with endive cream.
