Description

Kirsch de Fougerolles is a premium cherry brandy that earned its AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) label in 2010, recognizing its deep roots in the Fougerolles terroir. Made using traditional methods, the cherries are fermented with stones for at least five weeks without heating, yeast, or chemicals, then carefully distilled in copper stills and matured in neutral vessels. This clear, colorless eau-de-vie presents delicate almond notes on the nose followed by cherry and floral finishes, with a clean, subtle palate. Bronze medal winner at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2020.
