UN PEUREUX is a prestige absinthe celebrating 150 years of Grandes Distilleries Peureux, meticulously recreated from original 1864 recipe books. The botanicals—large and small wormwood, green aniseed, fennel, wild celery, lemon balm, hyssop, and speedwell—are rigorously selected, macerated, and distilled in small batches to reveal a distinctive, fresh bouquet with complex fragrances. At 48% ABV, it strikes the perfect balance to extract full flavour without overwhelming bitterness. Awarded top marks at the 2015 Sommeliers International prestige tasting in Bordeaux by 80 international sommeliers, including 12 World Best Sommeliers.
