Description
Mr. Moris Colatura di Alici di Cetara is an amber liquid produced from anchovies matured in salt following an ancient process passed down through generations of fishermen from Cetara on the Amalfi Coast. Wild anchovies, caught exclusively in the Gulf of Salerno using traditional lampara nets from March to July, are layered with sea salt in oak containers and pressed under stone weights. The resulting liquid is carefully distilled to develop its strong, full-bodied flavor. Ideal for seasoning pasta dishes, risottos, and gourmet aperitifs.
