Plaza del Sol Sherry Vinegar is a premium wine vinegar produced in the Spanish province of Cádiz, within the renowned Sherry Triangle between Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlúcar de Barrameda and El Puerto de Santa María. Aged in American oak for a minimum of six months with at least 7 degrees acidity, this vinegar delivers a complex, aromatic flavour profile.
