These exceptional Galega olives come from the Serra de Medro region, where centuries-old olive groves surround the chapel of Nossa Senhora das Neves. Hand-selected at optimal ripeness and naturally cured using only water, salt, oregano and bay leaves—nothing artificial. The Galega variety is the most rustic and representative Portuguese cultivar, prized for easy pit separation and a naturally sweet, smooth flavor without bitterness.
