This premium mixture combines slippery jack (bolets jaunes) and dried porcini mushrooms, selected with meticulous care to ensure exceptional quality and flavour. Porcini mushrooms are prized basidiomycete fungi that develop in oak and chestnut groves, known for their rich, earthy taste. Mushrooms are naturally low in fat and digestible carbohydrates while being excellent sources of protein, vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre. Simply rehydrate in water for 30 minutes before using as you would fresh mushrooms.
