Description

These beautiful Amazonian tonka beans release warm and indulging notes of vanilla and caramel, with a slightly woody character. The seeds are collected from within the fruit when it ripens and falls to the ground. Very aromatic and sweet, they enhance compotes, cream desserts, chocolate creations, and sweet potato or butternut squash soups. Each bean contains coumarine between 1 and 4%.
