Description

Inspired by traditional sourdough breads from Provence and Stuttgart, these crackers capture the flavour and texture of freshly baked crusts in a thin, crisp bite. Made with a naturally cultivated spelt sour starter from wild yeast culture, carefully tempered, fermented and refreshed over four days, then blended with wholemeal flour and ancient grains. Baked gently for over 30 minutes at 150°C to produce a thin, crisp cracker with a snap and rustic character. Only natural ingredients, no additives or preservatives.
