These artisanal crackers are inspired by the sourdough breads of Provence and Stuttgart, delivering the flavour and texture of freshly baked crusts in a thin, crisp bite. Made exclusively from natural ingredients, including a naturally cultivated spelt sour starter from wild yeast culture that is carefully tempered, fermented, and refreshed over four days. The blend of wholemeal spelt and dark rye flour is baked gently for over 30 minutes to produce a rustic cracker with authentic snap and character. Ideal for serving with cheese, charcuterie, and fine foods.
