Description
Inspired by the baker’s experience making sourdough breads in Provence and Stuttgart, these crackers capture the flavour and texture of freshly baked crusts. A naturally cultivated spelt sour starter is carefully tempered, fermented and refreshed over four days, then blended with wholemeal flour rooted in ancient grains. Made only from natural ingredients and baked gently for over 30 minutes to produce a thin, crisp cracker with a snap and rustic character.
