Description

This premium apricot conserve is made from choice sun-ripened Spanish apricots with large fruit pieces that give it a delightful homemade character. The Wilkin family has been farming at Tiptree, Essex since 1757 and making quality preserves there since 1885 using traditional copper-bottomed pans and small-batch cooking methods. Each jar is made to cherished recipes and is free from artificial colours and flavours, with all fruit inspected and prepared by hand. Perfect on toast, in baking, or as a glaze for cheesecakes.
