Zonin’s Early Harvest Pinot Nero is crafted using grapes picked before full ripeness to achieve a fresher, fruitier profile. The grapes undergo gentle crushing and short pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature, followed by fermentation in contact with skins for about 48 hours at controlled temperature. This elegant wine displays a pale ruby colour with delicate notes of red fruits, subtle herbs, and a harmonious, gently acidic finish. Perfect with steamed or grilled fish, light pasta, vegetables, and white meat.
