Description
Zonin’s Lugana DOC is crafted using grapes harvested from the southern shore of Lake Garda, destemmed and gently pressed immediately after picking. The clear must ferments for ten days at a controlled 18°C to preserve primary aromas, then ages on its own yeast for at least three months. This elegant white wine presents a brilliant straw-yellow color with green tinges, delivering delicate fruity and floral bouquets with a recognizable aromatic character. Soft and balanced on the palate with pleasant olfactory nuances, it is best served chilled at 8-10°C and pairs beautifully with seafood, vegetable-based pasta, and rice dishes.
