7,70 €
Premium Italian pasta crafted from 100% durum wheat semolina and slowly dried at low temperatures for authentic flavor and texture. PGI Pasta di Gragnano certified.
Description
Spaghetti alla Chitarra is a traditional pasta from Italy’s Abruzzo region, featuring a distinctive square cross-section created by cutting the dough sheet rather than extrusion. Pastificio Faella uses only selected Italian durum wheat semolina, slow-kneaded with mountain water and bronze-extruded, then dried at very low temperatures (max 48°C) for up to 60 hours. This traditional method preserves the pasta’s ideal consistency, unmistakable aroma, and superior flavor. PGI certified by the Italian Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies.
