Castaing duck foie gras is crafted the traditional way from free-range ducks, characterised by homogeneous beige colour and frank flavour. Hand-seasoned exclusively with salt and pepper and slowly cooked in its container, it exudes a golden grease and corn colour. Made in close collaboration with traditional local farms certified by Label Rouge, guaranteeing ducks are reared outdoors for minimum 102 days and fed 100% natural grain corn.
