Castaing duck foie gras is crafted the old-fashioned way from free-range ducks, resulting in a homogeneous beige colour and authentic, round flavour. Hand-seasoned exclusively with carefully selected salt and pepper added at the last moment, then slowly cooked in its container to develop a golden appearance. Sourced from traditional South West French farms that comply with Label Rouge specifications, ensuring ducks are raised outdoors for a minimum of 102 days and fed 100% natural grain corn. Each tin is hand-prepared by Maison Castaing to guarantee premium quality in elegant, modern packaging.
