Zonin’s Extra Dry Cuvée Rosé is a beautifully crafted sparkling wine with a lightly-coloured rose hue and fine, delicate bubbles. The bouquet is pleasant and fruity, evoking wisteria flowers and Renetta apples, while the palate is soft and smooth with floral notes and a hint of almond. Created using the traditional Charmat method with controlled fermentation, this wine is best served between 5-7°C and pairs excellently as an aperitif or with hors d’oeuvres, risottos, seafood soups, and grilled fish.
