Zonin Gran Cuvée Extra Dry Sparkling Wine 750ml

Description

This premium sparkling wine is produced using a unique vinification process where 50% of the Glera must undergoes controlled fermentation while the remaining 50% is kept unfermented, then both are combined and carbonated using the traditional Charmat method. The result is a bright pale straw-yellow wine with an attractively intense bouquet featuring hints of wisteria flowers and Rennet apples. Perfectly balanced with a delicate almond note typical of Glera, it’s an excellent aperitif that pairs beautifully throughout the meal. Best enjoyed at 6-8°C.
