Deep red with dazzling violet hints, this complex and elegant Malbec showcases diverse floral and fruit notes with a subtle touch of aniseed. On the palate, it delivers great concentration with a very long and complex finish, where broad fruitiness and depth are complemented by licorice characteristics from the La Consulta terroir. Hints of cocoa and coffee are imparted from 18 months aging in 100% new French oak. Perfect for grilled meats, slow-cooked lamb, stews, and game birds, with an aging potential of 15 years.
