Description
Rutini’s exclusive Antología LIII is a carefully curated vintage representing winemaker Mariano Di Paola’s selection of the finest barrels from 2018. This intense red wine displays elegant aromas of black pepper, plums, blackberries, figs, and liquorice, with a fruity and refined palate featuring opulent tannins and excellent depth of flavour. Aged 12 months in 50% new French oak, this blend of five Mendoza varieties is perfect with charcuterie, grilled red meats, mushroom risotto, and hearty dishes. Best enjoyed between 14–17°C and can be cellared for up to 15 years.
